1961 Gretsch Corvette Guitar Body Neck Vintage Easy Project - Made In USA

Gretsch Corvette body/neck.  Serial number:  453xx.  I believe this was made in 1961 (used Gruhn's for reference).  Ready for your parts for a beautiful vintage guitar.  Body and neck look very good for its age.  Scuffs, scratches and a small ding here or there.  Some finish checking.  Some finish checking on headstock face.  A few buckle marks on back.  A bit of scuffing at bottom front edge.  Neck/body joint is tight.  There is what looks like a crack at the heel of the neck.  It does not move.  There might be a very tight crack in the body but it does not move either.  I looked at both places with a UV light source and it showed nothing.  Not even a hint in either place.  Neck is straight.  Medium fret wear.  Plenty of meat left on frets.  Pickguard has a few tight cracks in it.  No case but will be very carefully packed for safe and secure shipping.  Photos are part of the description so please view them carefully.  Please ask any questions that you need to.
