1968 Mercury Cougar GT, Standard or XR7 with the GT Package...............  LH or RH SIDE FRONT FENDER 'G' EMBLEM LETTER. Part of the GT emblem set. This is the G only. Does Not Include the T.    This is an ORIGINAL FORD PART.   Casting Number (FoMoCo) C8WB-16D042-A.  Removed from a very rare 1968 Cougar XR7 GT.  This is a 1968 ONLY Emblem.    The Emblem is in Great Original Condition,  . The Emblem has Very Bright Chrome.  There is some minor pitting on the inner edges. No Major Pitting. .  NO Nicks or Gouges.. NO Heavy Scratches. the Black Textured Center has some fading but the texture is still excellent.  The Emblem is Very Straight, Not Bent or Damaged.   Great Mounting Pins. None Broken.   Will Mount Very Well.. ....    NO RUST..  Overall, this is a Great Original GT Cougar 'G' Emblem, . ....  LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ORIGINAL.
