1987 Artesano #40 Classical Guitar Revised By Juan Orozco w/ Hard Case Xlnt Cond

Up for sale is a very nice sounding and looking Artesano classical guitar model #40 with original Spanish made hard case. This one was pre-owned, well played and eventually serviced by my luthier recently. The condition is very nice without much play wears. The photos speak all. Very nice guitar with vintage woody tone and typical Spanish sound. The model 40 is not the concert level guitar, but still, a very practical study guitar and very budget comfortable. For those folks who don't know much about the market value of the Artesano models, I am reciting a sold ebay listing of a model #20, which sold for $375 in early 2013, with average condition. That is a model lot lower than this one, not even a solid top guitar (please see the link below)

Please Note: there are some finish crazings mostly on the back and the heel block. Those are not the cracks in the wood. Very slight discoloration can be seen at the bottom of the guitar, and probably related to some previous work that tried to buff off the nicks and marks. There is no indication that the guitar has been re-finished and re-painted. Nor any sign of structure repair either. All the issues described here are mainly cosmetic.
