2008 Fender Jim Root Artist Series Telecaster Electric Guitar in excellent condition with only a couple minor blemishes. The protective plastic is still on the pickguard.  Nice Matte Arctic White finish on the contoured mahogany with black pickguard, pickups and hardware. The guitar has a great action and the maple neck with an Ebony fretboard,  jumbo frets, 12'  radius and "C" profile feels wonderful. The frets are in excellent condition.

The EMG 60 and 81 pickup configuration sounds fantastic. Not only is the guitar capable of delivering monstrous distorted sounds, but with less gain or clean the tone is still great. The guitar is equipped with 6 individual block saddles locking tuners. 

Includes the original Fender tweed case with case candy pictured.

This Telecaster guitar from the Artist Series was a labor of love for both Jim and Fender, combining several unique features to give it an identity all its own.

A Telecaster for the new millennium, the Jim Root Tele features a warmly resonant mahogany body with active EMG pickups for high headroom, thick distortion, and pristine clean sounds. The black hardware, and flat finish offer a unique and heavy aesthetic.

If you're looking for a Tele that "goes to 11," the Jim Root Artist Series is your guitar.
