in Very Good Cosmetic Condition and in Perfect Playing Condition.  There are several scratches and dents here and there (see 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th pictures), and the case handle is worn (see 19th picture) as well as some of the frets (see 9th picture) (still plenty of life on frets).  Unit comes with a Cibson USA Hardshell Case.
