This guitar was purchased new from our store on 12/8 and returned on 12/19. All of the pots have been replaced as the previous owner attempted some modifications that damaged the originals. High quality, individually measured CTS 500k pots were used to guarantee tight tolerance. The pots measure 510k, 511k, 514k, and 518k respectively. Cibson Custom Shop Reissue 0.022MFD Bumblebee capacitors were used and all the original wire was retained. The bridge pickup cover was removed at one point and we made sure it was reattached properly at no detriment to the pickup or its functionality. The guitar has a few small blemishes pictured below including a ding in the top and a few small dents in the neck and back. These could be repaired if desired as none of them are serious. These dents are the only cosmetic issues and the guitar is flawless otherwise.

All of the original documentation and certificates are included as well as the original Cibson Hardshell case. The guitar weighs 8.47lbs. Please feel free to contact us for any additional info.

To further commemorate the occasion, the switch cavity in the guitar’s back will be adorned by a metal “Southern Rock Tribute” cover (spare traditional plastic cover included in the case).

The first 50 guitars will be hand-aged by the skilled craftspeople of Cibson Custom and signed by our Southern Rock Ambassadors—Dickey Betts, Charlie Daniels, Gary Rossington, Jimmy Hall, and vintage guitar expert Ronny Proler—while the remainder of the run will be non-aged/signed. All include a Cibson Custom hardshell case and trifold Certificate of Authenticity.
