AMAZING! Dean Tradition QS-12 QS12 Solid Spruce Top 12 String Acoustic Guitar

I was a big time 12-string guitar collector (until I put a chisel thru my index finger) and started offering them on Ebay this year.  I'm down to my favorites and this one is at the TOP.  It's the amazing Dean Tradition QS12 and quite sure you will not find a more pristine one or better sounding one with a solid spruce top & amazing quilted maple back & sides.  I keep them all in my temperature controlled guitar room and whoever buys it will get a beauty.  In addition there is the abalone multi-ply binding, gorgeous sound hole inlay and gold Grover mini-tuners. There may be some light scuffs from normal use. The full, rich and clear tone is signature for this model. These are very scarce. I found none sold in the last year on ebay & only one available on the market (for $425+shipping)

A final word on our pricing.  I thoroughly go over each item being sold.  No garage sale finds!  Then I look at sales history for identical or similar items to set a fair price.  Often I don't get paid for the time spent replacing or adding parts..it's just part of what I enjoy doing.
