Bourgeois' most popular model, the square shoulder pre-War style Dreadnought delivers ample power to cut through any performance situation. Featuring Dana's unique, single-scalloped X brace system, the Dreadnought has become a bluegrass classic, offering a blend of balance and clarity absolutely required for flatpicking, highly desirable for most other styles of playing, but rarely found in a contemporary dreadnought.

This guitar has been in the private collection of an avid collecter who took the upmost care of his instruments. This guitar recently found it's way to us and, while it is gracing us with our presence, we feel it's time to put this guitar in the hands of another.

This really has one of the most balanced tones you'll find in a modern dreadnought guitar! It would suit virtually any style of acoustic music.

Featuring Adirondack Spruce top, mahogany back and sides, Ebony fretboard joining at the 14th fret.. this guitar is an all round premium guitar using premium timbers.
