If you like old vintage made in Japan acoustic 's then this is a very special one . These were a very limited run of a solid spruce top and rosewood back and sides D35 style built in the early 1971-73 period. Abalone hexagonal D45 style fretboard inlays. Abalone rosette and top purfling. Fretboard and bridge look to be ebony possibly Brz rosewood. Fretboard and frets in very good non grooved condition. Neck angle very good. Saddle sits 5/64" high above bridge so there's plenty of adjustment should you feel the need to lower action. Tuners are functioning properly and look to be of grover type quality.. Truss-rod functions properly.. Action presently set at 3/32" at E6 and 2/32"at E1. Nut width 1 11/16" Saddle E to E spacing 2 1/8". This instrument has a very nice warm and defined tone . Bigger bottom end like Martin D style builds. with clear balanced mid to treble ring. This is a well cared for players guitar . Not Mint and Not beat or cracked. Guitar is in very good solid condition with some minimal surface nicks ,scratches and dinks . Please review photos supplied for your inspection of condition.
