Recently we lost a local military veteran who happened to be a good guitarist as well. He was very particular about his guitars (always Fenders) and his pickups (always EMG actives; mostly single coil style). What you see here is one of his pickguards made for a stratocaster by a vompany called Coloriffic. It’s a 3 ply guard with an American Flag waving in the wind on the top. The pickups are 2 EMG S/PU JB and one EMG JB in the bridge. This is an 11 hole pickguard and came off of a MIM Stratocaster. Great addition to your Strat for the summer, eh?
