Custom New Maple Hooker Neck for ESP, Kramer project repair guitar Floyd Rose

This is a brand new never mounted handmade neck from our custom shop it is a 2 piece Maple  neck that fits  ESP, Kramer  bodies  with a 2 3/16" neck pocket. 

-2 3/16" (2.187" or  55.55mm )  heel, standard 25.5 scale, 22 frets

-1 11/16" (42.85mm) at the nut with standard Fender style 1/8" nut slot, can be routed with a top mount R3 Floyd shelf for no extra charge,

-hard white maple neck with 1/4" or .244" as measured thick  hard white  maple fret board with  reverse Hooker headstock ,

-14" radius fretboard,

- rolled fingerboard edges for that worn in feel,

- jumbo 6100 (.110 wide x .055 tall) nickel / silver  frets, frets are leveled, crowned, dressed and polished with #0000 steel wool and ready to play

 -thin  U back shape  .795" at first fret and .871" at 12th fret,  very nice fast playing profile  similar to the Kamikaze or early 80's San Dimas in backshape

-Black dot  inlays and black  side marker dots,

-dual acting truss rod adjustable at heel,

-tuner holes are counterbored to be  7.95mm-diameter (.313") for the threaded peghead bushing, and 10mm (.394") for the gear housing. Nice upgrade that was previously only available on our custom necks, we do this because under string tension, the installed bushing (and the peghead washer) can lean slightly in a constant-diameter peghole and this can damage the lacquer finish around the bushing washer. A peghole that's properly sized for the bushing, and rear-counterbored for the housing collar, prevents the problem.
