New 2016 Fender Custom Shop 1967 Smuggler's Tele Closet Classic in stock!

With its special “smuggler’s cavity”—a hollowed-out portion of the body beneath the pickguard, 2016’s Limited Edition 1967 Closet Classic Smuggler’s Telecaster offers an enlightened take on classic ’60s Tele style. With hand-wound 1967 Telecaster pickups and a lightly aged Closet Classic lacquer finish on its ash body, it delivers a phenomenal playing experience.

Other premium features include a tinted maple neck with mid-’60s oval “C” profile, round-laminated maple fingerboard with 9.5” radius, 6105 frets and bone nut, three-way switch and modern wiring, three-ply white pickguard (in case) and vintage hardware. Includes Custom Shop Limited neck plate, case and certificate of authenticity. Available in Vintage Blonde.

No returns on layaways

If a layaway is cancelled the full balance may be transferred to another item that is in-stock or the balance minus the initial payment may be refunded.

Shipping

Items usually ship the same day if ordered and paid for by 1 PM EST Monday through Friday.  If the item is paid for after 1 PM EST Monday through Friday or Saturday or Sunday it will ship the following business day.

All shipments will be made using UPS Ground.  We can ship to a PO Box, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Free shipping is to lower 48 only.  Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or the US protectorate please contact us for shipping quotes.

All shipments valued over $250 will require a signature upon delivery.

PayPal requires us to ship to the address on the transaction and the address must be confirmed.  We cannot ship to a different address that is not on the PayPal account.
