Mint condition Fender Custom Shop Telecaster with that nice substantial Nocaster neck that just feels incredible! I'm the original owner and this guitar is part of a larger collection that was rarely played. It's never even left my apartment other than for setup by a master luthier here in NYC. The Fender Custom Shop 50’s Thinline Telecaster is a remarkable Custom Shop Master-designed “dream guitar” created to answer the question, “What if Fender had built the Telecaster Thinline in the early 1950’s?” Dakota Red nitro “Closet Classic” finished to look like an instrument that was lovingly played and cared for then stored away to be rediscovered decades later. Semi-hollow premium ash body, slightly tinted one piece maple Nocaster U shape neck, 21 medium-jumbo frets, Custom Shop Hot Nocaster bridge pickup and Twisted Tele® neck pickup, 3-way switch, volume and tone controls, upgraded 4-ply Black Pearloid pickguard custom relic’d to perfectly match the guitar finish (original single-ply black plastic pickguard included), vintage style chrome hardware, chrome hardtail bridge with cover and 3 upgraded compensated brass saddles (original plain, uncompensated brass saddles included), 16.50" nut width, 25.5" scale, 9.5" fingerboard radius, 6105 Medium Jumbo Frets, weighs only 6.4 lbs, includes all tags, certificates and case candy (cable, black leather strap, chrome bridge cover, etc) that came with the guitar (see photo) and Custom Shop OHSC (black lining).
