Guitar is in very good vintage condition and still retains a nice shiny finish. Guitar is straight and all parts are nice and tight. The paper label inside the guitar appears to have come off, leaving a glue residue in its place. There are a few nicks and scratches on the body, consistent with its age, but overall very nice and mostly on the back side. There is one area on the back of the guitar where the wood has a hairline type split/crack. The split is only on the surface and maybe occurred from standing the guitar on end. It doesn’t seem to compromise the guitar in any way but see close up photo for further description. The hard shell case is in fair condition. It buckles and holds the guitar nicely but shows moderate wear and use. The lid is torn on each side of the buckles and the black paper edges are starting to peel.
