You are bidding on a Fender handle kit with all the parts shown....correct for many Fender logo cases for models Stratocaster, Telecaster, Jazz Bass, Precision Bass.

Durable Fender quality! pics 2 + 3 show close-ups of 2 axles and 4 rivets.

Deluxe molded handle is BLACK..... will look good on many color schemes, including tweed. Great quality, and now with two ways to install:

Use the hardware shown by mounting the two brass axles through the mounting plates, then install the completed handle using the 4 rivets...or... Use your pre-exisiting case hardware and simply install the raw handle using the two axles. This keeps your case original. (Your original case hardware should be similar in appearnace to that shown here, in order for the axles to fit correctly).

Measuring from center of leg to center of leg: approximately 4.5 inches...standard size for many Cibson, Fender, TKL, and other cases. Comes with nickel hardware and top-quality brass axles.

Shop Talk - to install the axles, slide the axle through the handle and case hardware so that the open end of the axle points to the inside of the handle. Then, use a small hammer to "ball pien" the open axle end, creating a burr which locks the axle and handle in place. This is the same process used at the factory and it will have a factory appearance. Works great! (TIP: place a counter-weight or another hammer agianst the opposite end of the axle that you are tapping...this will make your hammer taps more meaningful).   Word of Caution:  DO NOT HAMMER THE END because the pin can bend.  Light tapping is required and it takes a little time. It will give a professional result if you take your time and use light tapping around the opening.

Word of Caution: This handle is designed especially for cases where the brackets are essentially flat, in-line.

If you need a different size rivet AFTER you receive the handle they can be provided at an additional charge which covers our cost....we want to help you get your case back on the road!
