Item & Condition

This body was purchased as a replacement for a vintage neck, but the owner decided to use a differently routed body and this has been kept as an unneeded spare.  It was originally from a different guitar that ended up with a snapped headstock, but the exact year and type is no longer known, only that it was a Fender Precision, so it might have been a squier.  Note the overspray on the neck pocket.  Feel free to contact us with any info that might help ID this body.

It is in excellent condition, with no major custom work performed.  There do seem to be extra holes for short screws, likely to accommodate a secondary pick guard.  General light scuffs and scratches, and a few paint chips, but not in areas that would be visible once set up.  No damages or repairs.  Weighs 5.4 lbs.
