DESCRIPTION:


Up for auction is a Fender Squier Simulated 1962 Re-Issue style Stratocaster GUITAR NECK with a NITRO Black Body and a DAKOTA RED Nitro Headstock.

This neck has 21 frets, the original Fender NUT, and upgraded Vintage Style Kluson Classic Style AGED Relic tuners.  The string Tree was upgraded to a chrome 1962 Vintage style string Tree, with a white plastic spacer.

This neck was taken off of a used Fender STRATOCASTER guitar that sustained body damage.  Only the body was damaged so it was discarded.

I am classifying this neck as USED because it was previously mounted on a used STRAT guitar and the finish has been custom upgraded with a NITRO Lacquer BLACK and DAKOTA RED finish.


This neck has been custom upgraded to look like and simulate a 1962 Fender Vintage Style guitar neck by lightly wet sanding the entire neck with 2000 grit paper and re-spraying it with Fender Style NITROCELLULOSE BLACK and Fender Custom Color DAKOTA RED lacquer.

Note!    Only the DAKOTA RED headstock and the BLACK back of the neck body was NITRO Lacquer upgraded.   The entire fingerboard still has the original factory finish.

The Truss Rod on this neck has been checked and in good condition.  This neck is nice and straight, level, with no warps or twists, and is ready for installation on your next Vintage Stratocaster project.
