     and Mexico. Jack Plate and Rear Cover are suitable for any kind of Fender or
     Squire Stratocasters. CUTOUT ROUTE FOR FLOYD ROSE TREMOLO.
     This is a high quality, handmade kit for Stratocasters made of real carbon fiber cloth.
      Completely handmade, items receive great care and ceaseless inspection to deliver a high
      quality product. The pickguard is an exact copy of genuine Fender item coded 000-2017-000.

      These parts are multiple clear coated with sanding in between, a high gloss
      "pin-hole" free (common problem for composites) surface is achieved.
      Great attention is given to this process because we believe that a carbon fiber part can show its
      full beauty and 3D depth appearance, only with a smooth and glossy surface.

      This kit you buy for life! When it get scratched a new clear coat applied will make it like
      new again, not like the common pickguards that get disposed!

      It will give your guitar a great aesthetic improvement and matches well with any
      guitar body colour! A real eye catcher!

      Pickguard and Rear Cover Technical Details
      Carbon Fiber Cloth: 3K, 2x2 twill weave, 210gr/sq.m. 5.25 threads/cm.
     Pickguard Thickness: Aprox. 2.3mm/0.090 Inches
     No screws included and comes unshieldied. It has not beveled edges.
     Jack Plate Technical Details
     Carbon Fiber Cloth: 3K, 2x2 twill weave, 285gr/sq.m. 7 threads/cm.

     Free of porosity and very polishable. Our plugs are provided with rubber gaskets made of 
      Neoprene.

      Composites:

      For our composites we strictly use epoxy resin which is much superior and expensive than
      vinylester and polyester resins. UV resistant, elastic and crack free, great clarity, longevity are just   
      some of the advantages epoxy resin has to show.

      All of our composites are either infused or made with a special low cost method that we developed
      and we can not reveal.
