If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within the specified return period.  For any returns, other than non-disclosure related issues, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.  The shipping charges incurred from the initial outbound shipment will be deducted from the refund.   Returned items must be in original condition, showing no signs of wear or use and must include all original packaging, manuals, warranties and accessories or be subject to additional fees to replace the missing items. 

Your refund will be promptly processed upon inspection of your returned item.  The refund will be less all fees.  We will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 30 day period if it is in stock.  The buyer must request replacement and the defective item must be received prior to shipping the replacement.  After the return period we can assist you in working directly with the manufacturer for warranty service. 

Personal items such as, but not limited to, harmonicas, in ear monitors and microphones are non-returnable for sanitary reasons.
