Player's Perspective

We're very excited about this Music Store Live limited run of ASAT Classic S Semi Hollow guitars. These instruments sport some features you won't see on any other G&L models. We used the ASAT Classic S - basically a three-pickup ASAT - as our theme and improvised on the build style and specs. The result is a guitar firmly rooted in tradition but unlike anything else on the market. Lively and expansive, this axe can do classic twang, bluesy growl, mellow warmth and straight-ahead rock tone with equal ease. The neck feels great. It's consistent in every register and befriends your playing hand before you get out a single note. If you're looking for a classic design with a few subtle twists, this one might be your next axe. Special Features

The biggest stand out feature on this guitar is the body. It's a semi-hollow body, but without any holes cut into it. You get that woody, warm tone of the semi-hollow, but the look of a solidbody. Very cool. The hard rock maple neck is G&L's classic C shape, and it has a maple fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets. Electronically, this guitar is decked out. There is a G&L MFD ASAT Classic single-coil pickup in the bridge and neck, and the middle position is a reverse-wound MFD S-500. With the push/pull tone knob and 5-way selector switch, this guitar has an inexhaustible supply of tonal options. This is a great take on the ASAT, and it's perfect for constant gigging, recording, and practicing.

This policy allows you to get your gear hassle-free and try it with your own rig to be sure that it truly fits with your playing style and sound. If it doesn't work the way you had hoped we'll send you a prepaid return label and issue you a 100% store credit, once we get the item back in the same condition it was purchased. It's that simple.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, we will ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us for the return shipping address as well as return authorization number. Please allow 7-10 days from the receiving date for returns to be processed.

Your order must ship to the billing address associated with your credit card, PayPal, or other method of payment (unless an alternate shipping address has been approved by an MSL Gear Specialist).
If you want the shipment to be held at a shipping company hub it is your responsibility to make those arrangements directly with the shipping company.
An indirect signature will be required upon delivery for all transactions over $750. If you would like to require a signature on a transaction of less than $750, please request it when you place your order.
We do not insure packages valued under $3,000. If you would like to add insurance for delivery or return please request it when requesting your order or initiating your return.
All returns are subject to a Tech Check upon arrival. Any instrument that is returned with damage, wear and tear (including pick marks), missing or replaced parts, missing protective or packing materials are not eligible for a full refund.
*Used / Vintage / Clearance items carry our same return policy, except with a 3­ day return window.
