SHIPPING  POLICY:       We ship items using UPS Ground and UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). Choice of shipping carrier is under our discretion, unless a preference is requested. If a specific carrier is needed this may change shipping charges as well as handling time. Bidders need to contact us as soon as an auction has ended. Contacting us before the auction ends is ideal. Additional charges may also apply if special packaging is required. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or if you were not able to receive/accept your package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. 
We ship to all 50 States in the US. There are extra charges for Hawaii, Alaska, and any US territories. Please contact us if further information or a shipping quote is needed, if shipped via UPS Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories 
We ONLY SHIP TO PAYPAL VERIFIED ADDRESSES. Please ensure that you eBay address is correct before the auction ends. 
We DO NOT ship to UPS, Fedex, or USPS store addresses for pickup.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:     We ship to all 50 States in the US. Any large or heavy packages to sent to the continental US will be shipped by UPS. Small or light packages sent to the continental US will be shipped USPS. Shipping to HAWAII or ALASKA can only be done through USPS If you have a preference of one or the other, contact us to see IF IT IS POSSIBLE and get a NEW RATE.

We DO NOT ship to UPS or Fedex or USPS STORE addresses for pickup. Due to the many problems we have had with shipping to P.O. boxes we will no longer ship to them. The only exception being a signed release form, that we will send  you. Also, your address MUST be verified through PayPal, no exceptions.

LOCAL  PICKUP:       All customers are welcome to pick up their product in person at our store located in Detroit, MI provided that PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS with our eBay department have been made. 
All local pick up customers will be required to present a valid form of ID with the identical name that appears on their eBay account as well as SIGN an eBay invoice to verify the item was picked-up and is what was described. 
All *AS IS* items will also have to be signed for and the signature will be your agreement that the item is what was stated. Any items not picked-up after 30 days WILL be listed again or sold in our store unless prior arrangements have been made.
You may make payment in store at the time of pickup if that is desired.

PAYMENTS AND PROCESSING:       PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. 
SALES TAX: We are required by law to collect sales tax on all auction items with a delivery address in Michigan. This applies to items which are picked up locally. The tax rate is 6%. 
Payment for all items is due within 4 days of the auctions ending date unless we are contacted and agree to a longer period. Payment can be made at our Detroit location if you are going to pick up the item in person. 
Invoices are ready at the close of auction UNLESS an adjusted invoice is needed. If an adjustment is needed please contact us via message to request the change. 
Photographs often describe the item better than words. We have made every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects. We also test our products to the best of our ability.
