USED NECK & BODY! Solid Wood, Light Weight (3 1/2lb) Body, I think it's Bass Wood. AND an Older Yamaha Vintage style 22 fret 25-1/2" scale neck (truss rod adjusts at heel). These fit together well for good intonation and should match up to the Old "string thru" bridge location. The Body is sound, but needs a LOT of clean up (sticker residue) it has a several minor dings and typical stress cracks in the finish it has a "Bathtub" route for pickups, so you can install any combination you like. There are no apparent paint chips or other significant problems. The neck is straight and true with a slender C shaped profile. The truss rod works fine and the rosewood fretboard is evenly grained with very little wear on the standard frets. It has the larger holes for machine head tuners. The back of the headstock looks to have been re-sprayed, but the serial number MP03111 is still discernible. Clean this project up and use it as is, or it would be fairly easy to refinish in whatever color you like. As a Project, it needs almost EVERYTHING, a couple of strap buttons, a jack and jack plate and the string thru bushings are included ... I will offer a shipping discount on any parts you want to buy with it.

I'm offering this combo as I think it will make an EXCELLENT player when finished. The Body impressed me with the tap test I did on it (Lively and Consistent) and the neck has a great feel to it too. I just don't have the time for ANOTHER project right now or I'd keep it. Shipping it disassembled will save a little on the cost. It will be well packed.
