Just in, 29/04/2016, this fabulous Hofner Violin bass, a classic design that has iconic status from being used by Paul McCartney, and an instrument that having a hollow body and short springy 30" scale really adds something different to your collection!!

2 good quality pickups with their own volume controls, and a set of 3 switches for pickup on/off and a RHYTHM,/SOLO button which adds a preset high end roll off like a tone control, giving you plenty of options. The strings are regular short scale, and we recommend you consider experimenting with flat-wound strings if the 60's vibe is a sound you are after!

The bass is super light, and is finished in a vintage sunburst.

This has been packaged with the official Hofner branded gigbag made especially for this style of bass, which is not normally included.
