All purchases are checked prior to posting for any physical signs of damage and receive a final quality and content check before we despatch them to you.
 Should your order arrive in a faulty condition, or be missing any accessories, please do let us know and we will arrange for you to return the faulty item, or we can arrange a replacement or refund. Simply contact us, let us know whats happened, we will sort it.

All products we sell are new (unless the condition is suggested otherwise on the listing).
A 12 month UK warranty is supplied with any new purchase from us, so do retain your proof of purchase.

If you experience a problem, at any time, let us know. We will offer to test your purchase for faults, if found faulty when it is returned, we will return your postage amount to you (a maximum of Royal Mail recorded rates only) and issue you with a replacement.  We will need a detailed description of the problem before authorising a replacement.
 We cannot refund or replace items that appear to have been damaged through installation.

Postage and delivery options

All items are posted from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail or DPD/Interlink express. Our postal charges also include the cost of packaging and materials. If the item is listed with free postage, we send it 2nd class royal mail post, so whilst it is free that could be upto 5 working days in the UK.. It doesn't mean we scrimp on packaging because of this offer. Our delivery times are based on standard Royal Mail delivery times in the UK.

 Select recorded delivery and we will update your order with tracking details, we would always suggest a recorded mail option if you prefer it.
 If you have an urgent requirement, please ensure that the correct postage option is selected at checkout, next day delivery is available.

 All items are usually posted the same day if payment is received before 12 PM.

 (Weekend purchases will be dispatched on Monday am or Tuesday if its a UK Bank Holiday)
