Selling a fantastic Keith Adams spruce guitar to make room for a high end instrument being built for me. Keith Adams is a Bonnie Illinois maker whose guitars are famously played by the Hanser-McClellan Duo. I purchased this one immediately after getting to play an Adams guitar myself. He currently charges a base fee of US $.5,000 for his new instruments and for the quality that is pretty undervalued and makes his used instruments a great bargain. 
The condition is good. There is normal wear that mostly could be removed with an easy french polish touch up. There is a string ding from the previous owner and some nail marks visible from certain angles up close, but the sound and playability are great and the price has been discounted accordingly based on the age and wear of the instrument. It has been carefully maintained and humidified with no cracks. 
Ships fast with tracking and insurance in an excellent-condition TKL case (see photos).
