Product returns are accepted if shipped back to us, at buyer’s expense, within 14 days. The product must be in exactly the same new and unused condition as we sent it out. Due to health reasons we cannot accept used Harmonicas and/or used Brass Instruments. Please read reviews or ask questions prior to buying. Buyer pays return freight, along with a 20% restocking fee.
