Larrivee D-03 WL Walnut Guitar w/LR Baggs Dual Source Pickup

Up for auction is a Larrivee D-03 WL guitar with walnut back & sides.  I had Lay’s Guitar in Akron OH install a dual source pick up in it in 2011.  There is one key flaw.  It got damaged in shipment to me, and the end got pretty banged up.  When I had the pick up installed, Lay’s Guitar also repaired the damage at the end.  They did a super job, but you can still tell it has been repaired.  See picture 7.  I have included a copy of the bill as proof.  There is also a ding on the lower bout, see pic 8.

This is a great sounding instrument, both acoustically and plugged in.   I personally love the sound of walnut acoustic guitars and that’s all I will buy now.  The only reason I am selling this guitar is that I bought a Larrivee D-40 WL recently and unfortunately have to let this one go. 

This guitar has a solid Sitka spruce top with satin finish, walnut back & sides, ebony fingerboard with small dot inlays, ebony bridge, body has maple binding, ebony head plate, 1-11/16" mahogany neck, and tortoise style pickguard.  Guitar is all original except the new strings.  Comes with a nice Larrivee hard shell case.
