This item is very gently used. If you look closely, you will find extremely minor signs of wear and tear including small scuffs and worn finishes. The original protective plastic is on the pick guard still. Please refer to the pictures to get a better idea of the physical condition. We aren't 100% sure on the history, but it appears the action has not been adjusted (original, though again we aren't 100% sure). Based on the serial number we believe the guitar is within 1-2 years old. Any adjustments, modifications, or setup (and their associated tasks) are the expense and responsibility of the new owner.
