Martin D-35 made in 1974. A 42 year old vintage dreadnought with 3-piece Indian Rosewood back- an sides, Sitka Spruce top,  mahogany neck with a C profile, bound ebony fretboard and original ebony bridge that- on close inspection shows it was once turned into a lefty guitar, original Grover tuners and original bridgeplate. A pickup was built during it's lefty years and 2 perfectly dowels that are only found on close inspection show the evidence. The frets are a little low but good for a few- to several years, original bridge plate. The guitar is overall in truly great condition without cracks or misuse, i believe the pickguard has been changed once, but its a very good job since it made me look very carefully if it was changed at all. Despite a few changes during its life it's quite a rare guitar in exceptional good condition.. some weatherchecking, some dings, dongs and wear but overall very clean for a 42 year old Martin.. Cleaned and set up by our workshop, with a case that looks very original, but i've never seen on a Martin from this era.so i suggest it's not original (but cool enough)
