This is Momose Vintage Series MJB2-TW/NJ in natural color and gold hardware.
A brand of Momose is a high-end line of Deviser(well known as Bacchus or Headway guitars) in Nagano-prefecture Japan, makes traditional "F" shaped guitars and basses.
Traditional jazz bass shaped 2-piece ash body, heat treatment of timber "THERMO WOOD" maple neck with premium rosewood fingerboard.
Momose original JB type single coil pickups are installed.
Control functions are the same as typical Jazz Bass.

About THERMOWOOD technology, it has two big advantage against a normal maple neck.
1. Dimensional stability
2. Changes in sound quality
Thermo wood maple neck provides rich harmonics and has very wide dynamic range.
