As the name suggests, this is a square neck guitar comfortable on your lap! The unique Gretsch "Ampli-Sonic" resonator cone is hand spun from near 99% pure aluminum. So not only does this guitar have the warmth and tone of mahogany, but also the crispness and big projection qualities of the cone. The sounds from this guitar project incredibly well allowing you to be heard in any acoustic setting. This resonator is a great slide guitar for your lap - comfortable, easy to play, and sounds incredible. To top it all off it is finished in a beautiful semi-gloss honey mahogany stain.
