International Shipping: We ship worldwide to most destinations across the world with the exception of certain oversized items such as drums, cellos, etc. All international orders will be shipped through USPS.

To return an item, simply contact us to obtain an RMA# and return instructions. Returns MUST be in it's original packaing with no signs of wear and/or abuse. Returns not in its original packing or show signs of wear and/or abuse will either be refused or assessed with a 20% restocking fee. 

Deffective/Damage Products: If you received a deffective and/or damaged item, please notify us immediately. For damaged products, we will request a picture of the damaged package and product. For deffective products, please notify us immediately of the deffective issue. A refund or FREE replacement will be sent once we receive the pictures or conlcude our investigation.
