Ovation Ultra GS Electric Guitar

Folks, you are bidding on a mid 1980s Ovation Ultra GS solid body electric guitar, Strat body style.  Bridge pick up is a traditional hum bucker, the other two are single coils.   Kahler 'Flyer' tail stock and comes with original handled wammy; very stable with tune lock.  

Not a shredder's guitar; one hum bucker and a couple of frets light for that.  I'm the original owner and found it drops well into rhythm and jazz aps.   Switch position 2 (bridge middle PUs) has a delightfully hollow sound reminiscent of an ES335 plugged right into the console or a combo.  Surprising and droning sustain in strong sound field; heavy, solid construction supports that.  Has been my go to practice guitar forever; but I'm looking at something different and now simply have WAY to many guitars.

Very good condition with only minor blemishes you'd have to close examine for.   Pick guard screws are discolored a bit.  Original case, strap and truss key.  Not sure what marketing niche Ovation was after with this line, but you don't see too many of them.
