What a rare find!
I recently found a box of vintage Pyramid Gold electric guitar strings from the 60's. Every pack is new in the unopened wraps so the steel is still pristine!
These are Silver-Plated Steel!
They say "Medium Gauge, Chrome Steel, Flat Wire Wound" and I can't tell you each specific string diameter without opening a pack and taking a micrometer to them so you will just have to use this info. The current iteration of medium gauge Pyramid Golds are 10-46.5 so perhaps these are the same. If anyone knows this info please do let me know so I can post it.
This is just what you need to put on your vintage guitar to make it complete.
These were the exact strings used by the Beatles and the Byrds. 
Roger McGuinn never used anything but these strings so if you are looking for vintage chime and twang - you are home!
