Very rare, limited edition 2006 GRETSCH G6116PTV (Professional Collection)'Power Tenny'Serial number JT06106085Completely original factory spec. Complete with Gretsch hard case.Please take time to view extra pics on Laptop or PC. (I may be interested in interesting swaps!)
Based on the Tennessean but actually more like the G6120 in most respects.Trestle bracing, TV Jones PowerTrons, Sperzel locking tuners, B6C (V cut out) Bigsby, pinned Adjustomatic bridge etc. Unique Flagstaff Sunset Red finish is STUNNING.
This is from the original 2006 run of around 100. I beleive they made them again around 2008 for the Anniversary year with a different Bigsby. (This is the one to own!)
Just look at the pics - this guitar is in almost mint condition.The rear does have some tiny amount of play wear - fine scratches from rubbing against clothes etc.Beautiful Flagstaff Sunset red colour with wood grain showing through.
Totally original, with original case and ALL case candy/ authentication/ check card/ paperwork.Even has some printed off info on the original run of production.
The guitar has been stored in its case for years, but I have had it out on display and it has been carefully strummed at home a handful of times.There are NO marks onto the front and sides, maybe a finger print/ pics may show some dust and the slightest of signs that it has been held and played (the scratch plate has fine scratches).The outside of the case has some marks.
