Honoring the simple and elegant design of instruments made during the Great Depression of 1929, the Santa Cruz Guitars 1929 0 is the pinnacle of old-world guitar building techniques. Simple and refined, the 1929 0 is combines extraordinary lutherie with the rich tradition of handcrafted woodworking. With a smaller, parlor style body, and vintage style V-shaped neck, the 1929 0 is like a time machine that transports players to a simpler time when music was one of the few joys in life. Great for blues, folk, country, or finger style.

Built from gorgeous solid Mahogany all the way around, the 1929 0 has a woodsy, vintage tone that will blow you away. The 1929 0 has a great old school vibe, with tons of features common to early twentieth century guitars: scalloped bracing, a vintage style period correct script logo done tastefully in Ivory grained celluloid, and a beautifully executed Ebony pyramid bridge, bridge pins, tuner buttons, head-plate and fretboard. The rosette is an exercise in austere elegance, a rich tortoise ring nestled in a vintage Ivoroid border. The 1929-O has a loud and wonderfully balanced voice in an accessible and comfortable small body.

Excellent Condition; No splits or cracks, nice low action, no fret buzz or intonation problems. Stored and cared-for properly. Very small "worming" on top above the soundhole, shown in pics. All case candy and SCGC strap included. This is a pre-owned guitar and there are signs of use. Please view the pictures carefully and consider them part of the description.
