This amp comes complete as shown and uses the follow tubes (1) 5U4; (1) 12BH7; (2) 6BQ5; and (2) 12AX7. This was a fully working chassis when all connected with a Hammond L-112 organ. The power cord is also in nice condition and overall as shown and ready for your amp project!
