What we have here is a very unique and unusual Listing description and auction sale of an ELECTRIC GUITAR, with a Licensed BIGSBY Tailpiece and a HARD-SHELL CASE.  This guitar is BRAND-NEW, never sold, never rented, never Loaned outside of my retail store,,, THAT IS WHY I AM CALLING IT NEW,,, BECAUSE I AM THE STORE OWNER, I know its NEW.  IT has the original factory strings still on it. IT has the factory protective plastic film on the pickguard and back plate.  The film shows where a few customers have picked up the guitar from our store display and played it,,, This is why I called it NEW OTHER !!!   HOWEVER INSIDE E-BAYS LISTING CONDITION, is a phrase under USED, """This item may be a floor model """,,, therefore since BOTH of these items were on display on the floor in my retail music store I am complying with the rules of e-bays Listing conditions,,, and I "have" to call this a USED GUITAR and CASE,,, per their requirements. And i am selling it AS-IS. AS set-up. AS received.4-Bolt maple neck, with a  chrome neck-plate.22 Fret Rosewood fingerboard, with DOT inlays.1-Chrome Cover Single Coil pickup. (i think they call it a Lipstick styled pickup ???)1- 4 rail magnet Humbucker styled pickup,,, see the photo.Mirrowed Pickguard.3-way pickup selector switch.1 Volume knob.1 Tone knob.Chrome Hardware.
ALSO included with this auction is a HARD-SHELL RECTANGLE CASE # MBTEGCW1, with BLACK interior.
