Telecaster / Tele Style 3-Way Pre Built Wiring Harness with .047uf PIO Tone Cap and 3-Way Switch.  One of the Best Set Ups Around ........  It will make a difference In Your Tone!

 

Features: 50s Vintage Wiring

·   Bourns top quality PDA241 Series 250K Vintage-Style Potentiometers.  Short-Split Shaft – Audio Taper – 15% Tolerance. Design specifically for use in guitars.  Brass bushing with metal shaft. Long Life Carbon Element.  Each pot comes with nut and dress washer.
Includes Sleeve adapters to convert split shaft to solid pot shaft if needed

• 3 Way Switch - Oak Grigsby or CLR depending on what we have in stock .  Both are high quality switches.
  
• Switchcraft ¼ inch mono output jack.
  
• Vintage Paper-In-Oil .047uf K42Y-2 Russian NOS Vintage Capacitor.  These caps give Great Vintage Tele Tone!
  
• All wired with Vintage 50’s Style Gavitt Cloth Push Back 22awg wire.  This is all about the Tone!
  
• Assemble Template.  Note these templates do not get installed in your guitar.  Only used to assure correct measurement when building, shipping protection and makes your part of the project easier.
  

Options Available:Tone Cap: Will sub a .022uf  K42Y-2 Tone Cap if you prefer.  Also if your prefer Orange Drop caps I will substitute (.047 or .022)Pots: Will sub 500K pots for Volume or Tone or Both if you prefer***For options you must add a note when you place your order.

 

Assembled Kit Includes:

            2 – Bourns PDA241 Series 250K potentiometers, Short-Split-Shaft, Audio Taper, with sleeve adapters to convert split shaft to solid pot shaft if needed

            1 – 3 way switch (tip not included) - Oak Grigsby or CLR depending on what we have in stock

            1 – Vintage NOS Paper-In-Oil .047uf K42Y-2 Russian Tone Capacitor

            1 – Switchcraft ¼ inch Output jack

            1 – 50’s style cloth Gavitt Vintage push back 22awg wiring

            1 – Assembly Template Hard Board

                        (All assembled except for final hook up of ¼ inch output jack & pickup connections)

 

All harness come with clear instructions and an easy to read wiring diagram

 

Note: If you have an imported guitar (e.g. Japan, China, etc.)  you may need to modify the potentiometer holes to 3/8 inch to accommodate the Bourns bushings.  Knobs may also need to be modified.  Please measure before you order. Email me with questions.ith any questions.

 

Although these harnesses are pre-assembled and tested they do require some soldering to connect the pick ups and output jack.  A 25 – 40 watt soldering iron is recommended.  Make sure you are comfortable with making these connections or we suggest you take this to a qualified guitar tech to complete the installation.  I can not be responsible if you damage a unit. 

 

Each harness is assembled after purchase so my lead time to build your harness before shipping is 3 to 8 business days.  I will send you an email once your unit is shipped.
