Item Description

Here's a pre-owned Fender Custom Shop Esquire that was originally sold by the Music Zoo and has made its way back to us. The guitar is in excellent condition with all wear original to the work done by the Custom Shop, with some very light fretwear on the first few frets - nothing which leads to excessive buzzing or dead notes. This Esquire has all the twang you've come to expect from the Telecaster/Esquire family with some bonus features. The alder body is finished in a beautifully relic'd Shoreline Gold paint. The maple neck and rosewood fingerboard get the relic treatment as well, with a vintage tint neck finish and aged inlay. The Twisted Tele pickup is wired to a unique "Eldred Esquire" 3 way switch that provides everything from direct-wired Twang, to scooped Stratty rhythm tones, and the Greasebucket tone control cuts highs without adding muddy lows.
