VINTAGE ARCHTOP MODEL L6 GUITAR F HOLE GUITAR FAUX PAINT 40S 50S OLD ARCHTOP Vintage archtop guitar from some period between the 40s and 60s. Model inside reads L6090 6868 dont know the maker perhaps one of the big houses, Kay, Silvertone, or Harmony..Looks like a faux painted tiger body. Paint is in very nice condition. A little wear on edges of the paint. Its old.. its vintage. Neck has a bit of shrinkage but is very sturdy, not loose at all. Original strings and tuners, as is. If you want new strings then up to you. Nut is still sturdy but looks pulled away a bit, if you change the strings reglue it then. Its been played that way for the last 60 years. Played in an old country bar for many years. Has adjustable bridge. Action at 12 fret is about 1/8". Neck looks fairly straight as shown in photo.
