Vintage Klemt Echolette M 40 Tube Amp Germany  1963

 with a special tuning-adaptor !!!!!!!

 

This rare amp is hand made 

and is in good, clean condition both visually and electronically ( all preamp-tubes and power tubes were replaced by new tubes).and with great sound. With a special connector designed by me to upgrade tuning the amp.  Very easy to use with enclosed instructions.

 Everything works fine as it was just fixed and reconditioned in Bobby's repair shop (Bobbys Reparaturen).  He is a German expert in vintage gear.

The tuning adaptor can change the normal amp into a roaring tube overdrive-monster. It's not a joke. Anyone who doesn't like his sound can try it and find out that only he needs this amp. Very vintage sound- smoother and better than the V.. AC series or any M....... or F.....!

I felt the same. From Shadows, Kiss or AC / DC from clean, slight crunch to beautiful distortion, everything is now possible by simply plugging this, and just unplug to get back to the original.

You can believe me, I've played with a lot of ampfliers before (Vox, Fender, Marshall etc), but this amplifier from the Golden Sixties has done it, that for hours long I couldn't get away from my guitar.

M40 Vintage Amp overdrive

This amp has completely new tubes ECC83 and EL 84 with very good measurements.

 

I've played it with my 2x12" Echolette ET 100 Cabinet.  Fantastic sounds, to revive Rockabilly, Shadows, Beatles, Rolling Stones, AC/DC.  Even then the Beatles partly used the Echolette equipment in their shows at the  STAR CLUB  HAMBURG  .

4 DIN inputs 3-pin are adjustable for gain and tone. I'll create the special cable to, so you won´t have any difficulties in connecting the unit to your Equipment. Supplied is of course the power cord, the tuning adapter and a copy of the manual with schematics.

Inside the reliable  tubes work great: 5 X ECC 83 , 4 X EL 84  and for rectifier 2 x EZ 81.

The amp has also master level with treble and bass controls on the front of the unit.
