1973 Giannini AWS 680 12 String Brazilian Rosewood Guitar Project As Is

This guitar is in need of repairs, but well worth the time. Based on my research, this model has a spruce top with laminated Brazilian rosewood back and sides, fret board, peg head overlay and bridge. This guitar comes to you in need of repair, the bridge is cracked in half, please review photos. The bridge plate will need work, either an overlay, or complete replacement. The only other issue noted is the crack in the heel of the neck. Once the bridge/bridge plate are repaired, the action of this guitar should be at a perfect playing height, so there should not be any surprise repairs beyond what is stated. As with any unstrung guitar, I am unable to make any guarantees, so this guitar is being sold 'as is' as a project. The guitar comes with the original truss rod cover, other than that, what you see in the photos is what you get.
