1976 Fender Stratocaster Hardtail Electric Guitar w/OHSC and Original Pickguard

Here's your chance to own an incredible 1976 Fender Stratocaster in great condition. These guitars will continue to appreciate in value. I see these and similar years all the time on Ebay in blonde, bursts, natural, walnut and so on, but very rarely in black! The guitar is all original aside from a replaced pickguard and tone/tone/volume knobs, and the pickups are serial matched to 1976. How you see it is how I bought it. The original black pickguard, serial matched, is also included (pictures 11 and 12). Several additional screw holes were added through the finish, by the previous owner, to accept the current pickguard configuration, but none of this is apparent unless the pickguard is removed. Where the newer holes were added, there is finish chipping; hidden by the pickguard. 
The body has some very nice relic-type wear, plenty of usage wear and a few dings, chips and (many, many surface) scratches throughout; not all of which are pictured. Don't be mistaken, it's been well-played, but was also clearly, very cared for. The neck is in good shape, straight and has only moderate fret wear for its age. Ships in its equally relic'd, original hardshell case!

Shipping will be calculated depending on your location via USPS Priority Mail. There is a handling fee of $15.00 (US) or $25.00 (out of the country). This covers insurance, packaging, and all other handling fees. The buyer assumes all responsibility for customs/import fees. I usually take two days to process and ship each order. If you suspect damage when you receive an item, open it immediately at the post office in front of a clerk and note the suspected damage to them.
