1989 USA Fender Standard Telecaster Tele Guitar, Vintage Sunburst + Tweed Case

Up for your guitar playing pleasure is a 1989 Fender American Standard tele with tons of charm. It is setup and plays beautifully. Not quite vintage but getting up there in age, she shows a good amount of natural player wear, bumps and bruises which is how we like them. Featuring a maple neck and rosewood fretboard that feels amazing and classic sunburst finish. The pickups are bright and warm, this guitar sounds outstanding plugged into our blues deluxe amp. Classic Fender tone all day. This is what people search for. String tree is non original and the frets do show wear but have plenty of playing life left and the guitar plays excellent so we're not going to touch those. (PSA: Don't automatically assume a guitar needs a fret job when you see visual wear, they will wear into a groove from use which actually naturally levels the frets where the string hits. Well played guitars maintain much better than those that sit in the closet. Most times they wear into a perfect groove so they don't buzz, and there are no intonation issues or dead spots.) This one is a player and a keeper. See all photos for cosmetic condition, there are typical scratches and dings throughout, including the body and back of the neck. Nothing affecting function of the guitar. If you enjoy shiny and new there are plenty of those guitars out there to choose from.
