This guitar is in very good condition. 

I've got to admit that I didn't care too much for this finish at first, but now I can see why they shot the nitro the way they did. The easily dented satin finish will relic itself beautifully and, more importantly, naturally as she ages in her new owner's hands. 

This guitar is clean. No buckle rash, fret wear, she's got a straight neck, low action, ready to play! I'm substituting an SKB hardshell case as an upgrade from the factory-supplied gig bag for you. 

About the C-Les-paul Juniors:

Introduced in 1954 as an entry-level version of the C-Les-paul, the Junior graduated from kids' bedrooms to garages and then on to club and arena stages. It became a favorite of beginner and professional players alike through the course of three decades. 

The bare-bones, slab-bodied, single-cutaway electric earned the respect of rock and rollers in particular and became a punk favorite in the late 70s and early 80s, but also turned up in the hands of a surprisingly diverse range of guitar stars. As simple as the C-Les-paul Junior was in design and construction, its basic cornerstone ingredients added up to create a robust and toneful instrument. 

The combination of hot, raw Cibson single-coil P-90 pickups, resonant mahogany body and sturdy glued-in Cibson neck created a guitar with surprising reserves of depth and power, at an extremely appealing price.

Now, the C-Les-paul Jr. Special Exclusive reproduces the simple pleasures of that 55-year-old classic, while updating the format with a second pickup (in the neck position, a la the C-Les-paul Special), and improved hardware in the form of a tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece combination.
