A beautiful guitar from the craftsmen at Larrivee guitars! According to the original owner, this Custom Shop OMV-03 is a one off. Jean Larivee's gorgeous creations have won many fans looking for quality guitars that sound great, play great and are flawlessly constructed. This example is no exception. Super quality solid woods throughout. The top is solid Sitka Spruce while the back and sides are solid flamed maple. The 25.5 inch scale neck features a bound ebony fingerboard with 20 frets and delicate microdot fingerboard inlays. The neck is attached with a traditional dovetail joint for good tone. A Venetian style cutaway offers access to the highest frets. An ebony bridge and sealed tuners keep it all rock solid. The pickup and preamp deliver convincing plugged in tones. The natural finish looks gorgeous and compliments the chrome hardware. An incredible instrument for fingerstyle, blues or just about anything you can throw at it.

Like most Larrivee I've seen, this guitar plays and sounds as good as it looks. The action is low, the frets are fine and the neck is straight. Nice tone and projection. The factory pickup delivers nice sound that's more natural than many other guitars. Everything works as it should. This is a nice used guitar in EX condition. It shows light pick and clearcoat scratches and some light indents. Strap locks have been added. Comes in original hardshell case.
