1971 Yamaha FG180 Red Label Nippon Gakki M@r#!n like vintage tone 

for a fraction she’s a Real Boomer Folks

with easy play low action plays wonderfully 

with fresh JVGuitars set up with Bone upgrades

Fresh release: I can tell you this is a real good one folks! 

No structural wood cracks or checking in finish either, 

its beautifully grained with Natural Patina Spruce Top is flat and crack free

with no bellying and bridge is tight, 

action is excellent within M@r#!n specs... 

JVGuitars has upgraded this 45+ year old gem - rid of its cheap tone robbing plastic parts !

NOW enjoys a M@r#!n bone nut and compensated saddle set 

along with beautiful rosewood with Abalone dot top bridge pins 

nice detail.

She has a REAL NICE Soft V medium profile neck

it  is excellent with a good feels like an old M@r#!n D-28

and it has the correct relief to M spec frets still good - 

we have leveled and dressed them and

 installed a new set of Martin Marquis 80/20 phosphorus bronze ( 12’s ) strings 

We just finished the JVGuitars full treatment its been

set up and woods fully cleaned and re-hydrateed 

before polishing all surfaces and then lubricating the 

excellent upgraded PING Deluxe tuners 

no additional holes showing so no butchery like so many others! 

This Nippon Gakki Guitar offered by JVGuitars is

Not to be confused with the similar model made in Taiwan

 this is the famous Nippon Gakki made in Japan

and is over 45 years ago now... wow how time fly's

 this is a really good Japanese version folks.

as a result we have a well aged well built well finished 

and well taken care of 45++ year old vintage guitar

 thats still in wonderful playing condition to this day. 

The Neck angle is still great and action is good, 

and has stood up well to the test of time

with a NEW Martin set of strings installed 80/20 12's 

She sounds great! ...... Good volume and SWEET vintage Yamaha tone. 

The neck is straight, the top is still nice and flat, 

the bridge is nice and flat and tight to the top... 

action is nice and low the neck looks nice and straight 

and it sounds rich full and has great volume. 

This is one of the really good one's folks... never abused

Just lovingly played 

You will be very pleased with this classic for a song! 

... PS did I mention its really vintage beautiful!!!!
