I bought this off ebay approx 2 ½ years ago.  I was (and still is) a beginning student and learned that this guitar needs bridge work (received that way from mfg.) My teacher and another professional that played the guitar both agreed that it has an amazing sound but the bridge needs work. Ha.  Maybe that’s why I couldn’t get clear notes and was frustrated.  It’s truly a beautiful guitar with ISSUES no doubt, but I had to have one!  This was the first of two, I sold the second one right away, it had even more issues. He makes many of his guitars or parts of his guitars from rosewood.

I will try an answer your questions to the best of my knowledge, but keep in mind that I purchased this as a beginner and didn’t have much knowledge on guitars.

Yes the case is included nicks and all, it’s the original case.
