This case is a solid construction with 3 hinges and 3 latches.  This will fit all types of Dreadnought Acoustic guitars. If your not sure if your guitar is a dreadnought please send us the Brand & Model number or a picture of the guitar. It has sturdy wooden construction with a lockable Latch (the key is inside the case). This case has a small storage compartment for strings and other small accessories.

We use a combination of Royal Mail and Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location.

If you purchase a larger item such as an acoustic guitar we are unable to send it by regular post, it must go via courier. Unfortunately couriers can't delivery to PO Box addresses so if your only delivery option is couriers please, make sure you use a street address.

Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is only available in United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. In most cases the issue can be fixed by replacing a part. If so we will send the part for free to you.  If more extensive work is required we will organise for the item to be sent back to us at no cost to you.  In some cases we will just send you out a replacement.

If a return is required there will be no cost to the customer.  Artist Guitars will cover the cost of returns.
Once the item is received by Artist Guitars the repair or exchange will be processed within 48 hours and the customer notified by email or telephone of any action to be taken.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to assist with our insurance claim.

What we don't cover:

Strings, drum sticks, valves, batteries or other consumable items (valves have a 90 days burnout warranty).
Misuse, damage, neglect, or broken hardware caused by dropping / damaging the item.
Any unauthorised modifications or repairs.
General wear and tear – (scratches, fret wear, dirty fret boards, Nut wear).
Imperfections in the finish or scratches - if your unit turns up and is damaged please contact us immediately and we will fix under our 100% Satisfaction guarantee.
Labour for repairs (If the item is returned to us there is no labour charge)
Guitar set-up or adjustments - although we do offer lots of support here.
Imperfections in an instrument - lots of our instruments are made of wood and each has minor differences. Our QC process is very strict but its still not possible to make instruments that are identical and flawless. However if you do receive any item from us and feel unsatisfied in any way you are welcome to return it for replacement or exchange under our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

While doing my research I discovered that big name brands typically aim to cut construction costs which results in a sacrifice in the quality of their equipment. You'd be surprised at the type of factory's some big name brands choose to use (It's often disappointing as a guitarist).
